The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form by Tracked Letter.
The package is delivered according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer and is delivered to the recipient against signature of a delivery slip (depending on the delivery method).
The products are delivered worldwide. No delivery can be made to a hotel or PO box address.
Stellar undertakes to ship all orders placed before noon on the same day (only on working days). However, during busy periods such as Christmas, Stellar reserves the right to extend the shipping time to 72 hours.
What are the delivery times?
Monday to Friday before 10am:
Parcels leave at 10am - so you must place your order the day before or the same day before 9am for a departure the same day.
Friday after 10am, Weekends and public holidays:
Orders leave on Monday morning.
From the time the order is shipped, the average delivery time is as follows:
24 to 48 hours in Metropolitan France;
2 to 5 days in Corsica, the West Indies and Europe and the United Kingdom;
5 to 10 working days abroad.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer after the order has been recorded may result in an extension of the delivery time.
If Stellar is unable to deliver on the date indicated or within the time limit indicated when the order is placed, the Customer will have the possibility of obtaining cancellation of the order under the conditions provided for in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code, i.e. by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, after having instructed Stellar to make the delivery within a reasonable time by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, without Stellar having fulfilled its obligation.
