In addition to the legal guarantees to which we are bound, there is a commercial guarantee which covers the repair of the jewels (replacement of clasp, broken chain, stones to be glued back). The Customer can request the application of this guarantee by mail (by returning the Product to us) or by coming directly to the store with the Product and the proof of purchase. This guarantee is free of charge. This warranty runs from the date of delivery of the Product for a period of one (1) year. This commercial warranty does not apply to : - non-conforming uses as well as defects in use - deterioration due to an error of manipulation, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes - in the event of abnormal maintenance or lack of maintenance and hygiene - in case of natural wear and tear interventions carried out on the jewel by any person not mandated by the Customer Service as well as deterioration resulting from such an intervention.
Our jewelry are hypoallergenic. If you are allergic to gold-plated earrings, or get a rash or itchy reaction when wearing them, try putting a little bit of clear nail varnish on the post and scroll. When it eventually wears off just re-apply it.
Chlorine, salt water and fresh water can damage precious metals by dulling or eroding them. Gold plating is particularly susceptible to damage from chlorine, which can permanently damage or discolour them. Soapy water when bathing and showering can also leave a thin film, which makes the metal seem dull. Take care to avoid extreme humidity or heat as this may cause tarnishing. We advise you to wash your jewelry with physiological serum or demineralized water and with a cotton pad to remove all traces of dirt that could tarnish them. The cleaning if done too often can, on the contrary, damage your jewelry, to do only if necessary.
Always remember that your Stellar jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when dressing. Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your Stellar soft-lined box or pouch so that your Stellar jewelry pieces don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled. It will also keep your Stellar jewelry pieces out the air that causes oxidation.

Yes, we ship all over the world. The products are delivered worldwide. No delivery can be made to a hotel or PO box address.
Delivery costs are offered above 50€ of purchase otherwise they amount to 5€ per order.

Tracking / Delivery
From the time the order is shipped, the average delivery time is as follows: - 24 to 48 hours in Metropolitan France; - 2 to 5 days in Corsica, the West Indies and Europe and the United Kingdom; - 5 to 10 working days abroad
Once the order is made you will receive an email from the carrier with the tracking information. If you do not receive it, please send an email to email@example.com to get your tracking number.
Once you have received the order tracking email, the carrier is responsible. Stellar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (which happens very rarely). However, if this happens to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to clarify the situation and help you find the package.
Return / Exchange
In accordance with the provisions of articles L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer may waive his order at his discretion without justifying any reason. To this end, it has a right of withdrawal. He may exercise it (or a third party designated by him except the carrier) within 14 days of receipt of the Product. Before the expiry of this 14-day period, the Customer must inform Stellar of his decision to withdraw either by sending him the withdrawal form at the bottom of the GTCs by cutting it out or in your package, after having duly completed it, or by sending him an e-mail clearly and unambiguously expressing this decision and mentioning the number of his order to: email@example.com The Customer must return the Product, at his own expense (unless the product is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect), to Stellar, at the address indicated on the withdrawal form, at the latest within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. Stellar strongly advises its Customers to return the products by registered letter. The Customer also has the possibility to choose the carrier of his choice. It is therefore recommended to keep proof of this return, which implies that the Products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date. Stellar will send the Customer a credit note for the amount of the returned Product, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which Stellar actually recovered the Product or from the date on which the Customer provided proof of shipment of the Product. It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will need to place a new order online.
